Freshly baked Mini Muffins are a must for breakfast but they're just as delicious at brunch or teatime. The Brisk muffins are light and fluffy and presented in delightful mini muffin cases. Our muffins are homemade in the Brisk kitchen and as always, we only use premium quality ingredients.
Did you know that there are actually two different types of muffins? English and American. The English style muffins are cooked using yeast on a griddle and were first introduced in 10th century Wales. American muffins appeared much later on in the 18th century and were made in individual molds, rather like the muffins of today. Unlike English muffins, the American versions were made with a sweet batter rather than yeast. We definitely favour the American style muffins and fill ours with a buttery batter complete with delicious fillings. The Brisk Mini Muffin platter includes:
