Who can resist a quiche? We know we can't and our Mini Breakfast Quiches are scrumptuous!
The humble quiche actually originates in Lothringen, Germany (a Medieval town). Sometime later, the French took control of the area and renamed it Lorraine - hence the world-famous Quiche Lorraine! In those days quiches were different to the recipes we have all grown to know and love today. Originally, the base was made out of bread dough, nowadays they are puff pastry or short crust.
The Brisk Quiches are 65mm savoury shells filled with a variety of gourmet fillings and we serve them on platters. They are perfect for breakfast or brunch and are satisfyingly crumbly on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside. That's what we believe the perfect quiche should be like and our fillings make sure to suit everyone's palate - the question is, which will be your favourites?
Here's what we've got:
The traditional and ever-popular Quiche Lorraine which is made with creamy cheese and bacon
Another old favourite, freshly cooked spinach and soft cheese
Semi dried sweet juicy tomato and Greek Feta cheese
