Our Ciabatta Rolls are very appealing, they look fantastic and taste delicious because we have 16 different fillings to choose from! There's seriously something for everyone, no matter what your palate. We particularly like ciabatta bread, it's got a slight crunch on the exterior but inside is soft yet chewy without being tough (well ours certainly isn't!).
Ciabatta comes from Italy which we're sure you knew but we bet you didn't know that it only dates back to the 1980's and was first created by a baker called Arnaldo Cavallari who wanted to make something to rival the French baguette. We're glad he did because otherwise we couldn't share our Ciabatta Rolls with you. Actually there's another nice little fact you may not know, Ciabatta is named after the Italian word for slipper because that's what it looks like. So, our "Slipper" rolls contain a number of incredible fillings:
Smoked salmon with soft, herby cream cheese, a little dill, crisp rocket and our tangy capers
Poached chicken with spinach and avocado mixed with sweet semi-dried tomato and slices of Swiss cheese
Pulled pork and red cabbage coupled with homemade slaw and finished with the creamiest Swiss cheese
Prosciutto and fig with a blend of roasted red peppers, Gorgonzola and fresh, crisp rocket.
Poached chicken with basil infused Pesto, Swiss cheese, avocado, fresh rocket and our own slither of mayonnaise
Chicken schnitzel in our own golden breadcrumbs with roasted red peppers, spinach, cheese and a slither of our own mayonnaise
Grilled eggplant and fried Zucchini combined with sweet sundried tomatoes, pumpkin and roasted red peppers. Finally we finish it with some feta, pesto and a little of our favourite mayonnaise
Turkey and cranberry with spinach and avocado plus a helping of the creamiest Brie cheese
12 hour pulled pork with a dash of our BBQ sauce, homemade coleslaw, pickles and creamy Swiss cheese

Home-grown Tasmanian smoked salmon with roasted red peppers, crisp rocket, red onion, capers and herbed cream cheese
Avocado, cucumber, sweet tomato and red onion blended with alfalfa sprouts, grated carrot and a slither of soft cream cheese
Our own homemade egg mayonnaise which is blended with Dijon mustard and fresh salad
Sauerkraut and Pastrami together with Dijon mustard and creamy Swiss cheese
Cold roast beef, perfectly cooked sweet tomato, spinach, red onion, cheese and a little of our delicious secret relish
