We deliver within a 5 km radius from the Melbourne CBD. Anything outside of the following suburbs will incur a $50 delivery fee.

Most of our products are priced per item, we do have packages though that are priced per person. The product images may show multiples but as stated they are priced per item.
Yes. We provide 3 payment options which are credit card, paypal and invoice. If you choose invoice we will send you an invoice with 14 day payment terms.

Yes. We have a section on our menu which allows you to view Gluten Free, Vegan & Vegetarian options.

We also cater for 15% vegetarian options in all our sandwich products.

If you require any special dietaries in your order please provide all the details in the "ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR ORDER" section during the checkout process.

All special dietary requests are labelled and separated for easy identification and to minimise the risk of cross contamination.

3pm the day prior to the event. We request that all orders for next day are provided to us via online or email before 3pm, this allows us to order any stock required to provision your order.

Maybe. 8/10 times we can complete last minute orders, this is dependant on stock and driver availability.

If you require a last minute order please call us 1300 322 240 rather than email.

By Email. Send us an email to sales@brisk.com.au and we will cancel your order. We do require cancelations prior to 3pm the day prior.

Cancelations after 3pm for the next business day delivery incur a charge of 50% of the total amount invoiced.

Whenever an order is placed, we will email you a booking confirmation which contains your order number. If you have not received a booking confirmation it means we have not yet processed your order, and is likely to not be delivered. If you are unsure as to whether or not we have received your order, please call us immediately to verify. We understand that a major concern for people ordering catering is the delivery time. At Brisk Catering, we allow a 60 minute delivery window on all cold food orders and a 15 minute delivery window on all hot food orders to ensure your corporate catering will never be delivered late. Upon delivery, refrigeration of food during this time is not required as we carefully seal wrap the food and spoilage will not occur during this time.

Not yet. We do cater for larger events above $1000 in budget over weekends. If you have an event that falls on the weekend please contact us for a quote.

We use a range of equipment to ensure your delivery arrives at the correct temperature. We have insulated bags and boxes to ensure food remains warm or cold.
We provide complimentary disposable napkins on request, please mention this when you are placing your order. All other disposable items can be arranged for an additional fee at the time of ordering.
