Every lunchtime or post-work event needs a wide selection of sandwiches to enjoy and nothing works as well as our Mixed Sandwich Platter comprising three different Artisan breads which we source from our favourite local bakery.  We have tangy Sourdough (crunchy on the outside soft on the inside), nutty Quinoa and Spicy Rye to tempt your tastebuds and all are freshly prepared in the Brisk kitchens using the best quality ingredients.  The fillings we offer are second to none and they are all listed below.  We believe we've catered for every palate, there really is something for everyone:

Fresh Tasmanian smoked salmon which is home-grown, blended with herby cream cheese and served on a layer of crispy rocket salad, tangy capers and a little dill

Avocado, red onion, tomato and cucumber served together with alfalfa sprouts, grated carrot and soft cream cheese

Our own homemade egg mayonnaise with salad and a dash of Dijon mustard

Pastrami, Swiss cheese and Sauerkraut with Dijon mustard

Cold roast beef, cheese, spinach and red onion together with sweet tomato and a helping of relish

Cold roast beef and Horseradish cream served with Swiss cheese on a layer of crunchy rocket salad and red onion
