At Brisk Corporate Catering we are currently devising a menu for a global Internet company who have 300 employees within their Melbourne office. This company has approached us with a menu requirement to cater for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free. To devise the menu our team discussed ideas openly with our chefs, our goal what to create a number of canapés, which would cater with those dietary requirements but look and taste amazing that they could be offered to the rest of the guests. Through this discussion we were able to deliver a canapé menu that was creative, within budget and impressed their staff.

Our view is that your event is only as successful as your least satisfied guest. That is why we go to the extra effort to ensure all guests are 100% happy, they enjoy our food because there is an element of love in every menu item.
